Upon request, we will provide you with a preview image prior to the scheduled pick-up time to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order. 

If you or a designated party decide to pick-up your own cake or dessert, kindly note that you (the client) will assume ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY for the condition of your order once it leaves Bakes by Biya possession. 

Once an item has been picked up by you or your designated party and leaves our premises, it is considered accepted.
